The whole world had sent prices rolling to a more developed markets coming from U.S. to Spain. This seems to be performed slow the real estate sector to places in Brazil and Russia. Other countries still stirves for a commodity development and a larger access for mortgage financing. This combination of slow economic and increasing inflation might signal some investors for emerging-market bonds and same with equity. As for others they are preparing for the property values to rise more.
